I offer systemic coaching focusing on uncovering unconscious patterns, especially family loyalties, inherited beliefs, and emotional blocks around visibility, success, and wealth. This is not quick-fix coaching. It’s deep, transformational work that starts at the root.
No. It’s not therapy, though many clients say it feels healing and we may revisit past events of both the individual and the system. This is coaching designed to create awareness, unlock hidden patterns, and move you toward conscious action. We honor the past but don’t stay stuck there.
I work with anyone ready to go deep as long as there’s openness, commitment, and personal responsibility.

As a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF), I follow the highest ethical standards, including complete confidentiality, unless legally required otherwise or if there’s risk of harm.This is a safe, non-judgmental space. You are fully seen, fully heard, and fully respected.
I currently don’t offer free discovery sessions. However, all my available sessions and packages can be found on my Stan Store (https://stan.store/sofiaxavier) with full details. If you feel the pull but aren't sure, booking a strategy session is a great place to start.
Individual sessions are typically 1 hour. Most programs begin with a 1-hour strategy session that you can book separately and include a minimum of 4 additional sessions in a package. Program length may vary.
Some are self-paced, and others are live experiences with community support. Each course page will specify the format. All are designed as portals for transformation, not passive content libraries.
You’ll have access to the self-paced content for one year, unless otherwise specified. After that, returning clients can renew access at a reduced rate.
I don’t offer standard payment plans.

I may or may not be able to accommodate, depending on the context. I also offer a few pro-bono coaching slots per year, specifically for young individuals with very low income.
Yes. Many of my clients have done years of therapy or coaching before and find this work takes them deeper. These programs are designed to access the systemic and subconscious layers that often remain untouched, even after other healing modalities. If you’re ready to go to the root, this is for you.
The shop includes both physical and digital items, such as eBooks, journals, notebooks, and merch. Some products are personalized for my coaching clients, while others serve as resources for fellow coaches and wellness professionals.

Absolutely. These products are designed as a complement to my coaching and training approach and methodology, supporting integration, reflection, and daily practice. Additionally, 10% of all profits go to my non-profit, Piko Foundation, helping fund pro-bono coaching and mentorship initiatives for individuals with limited resources. Your purchase contributes to both your growth and someone else’s transformation.
